TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Full Package through Umrah Company is Mandatory.
• Full Package Payment in Advance is mandatory.
• Check Inn time after 04:00 PM, whereas Check Out time is 12:00 Noon as per Hotel Policy to be followed, despite the time of arrival or Departure of any airline.
• Visa Application amount is non-refundable. (100% Package amount to be charged once applied).
• Umrah Co is not responsible for delay and cancellation of Umrah visas.
• Airline ticket is not included in above package amount.
• All Hotels & Rates Offered / Quoted are Subject to Availability / Confirmation
• Pilgrim will stay according to Hotels Booked on Umrah booking, Violation will result in penalty.
• Normally Hotel Rooms have different sizes & views as well as washrooms also have different sizes, whenever Double bed room means two single beds or one King size bed for 2 persons without any commitment, subject to availability. Therefore any objection will not be entertained of the above mentioned.
• Bus Transportation for Arrival or Departure not allowed from Madinah Airport.
• Intercity transport by bus will be provided from pick up points.
• It is mandatory for all the mautamirs & Umra pilgrims to follow the guidelines of MOH & Saudi Ministry Strictly to be followed.
• Usually Hotel(s) have 3rd / 4th bed as extra or sofa cum bed in Triple & Quad Rooms. So in this regard any kind of objection will not be entertained by us.
• Hotel and Room appearance which includes carpets, curtains, furniture and fixtures, lighting, wash room tiles, fixtures & fittings, cleaning Fridge/TV etc., will remain the responsibility of Hotel Management.
• Star categories are assigned by Saudi authorities to all Hotels according to their rules and regulations.
• Refund of package amount including Hotels & Airline in-case of any changing / restriction is subject to Hotel / Airline Policy. Although these are Non Refundable.
• Extension is subject to approval from the Local Umrah Co. & Payment.
• No Refund of Partially Used portion once confirmed.
• Terms & Conditions, Procedure may change without prior notice and such may be applicable to all pilgrims.
• Entry & Exit to anywhere in Haram are controlled by Saudi Mobile Apps, prior appointments & Pilgrims may follow such guidelines.
• Pilgrims must follow Covid 19 Guidelines issued by WHO & Saudi Ministry Health.
• PCR & Quarantine Charges are not included. Subject to be charged as per applicability and policy.
• Full vaccination is subject to applicable policy by Pakistan & Saudi Arabia.
