Mina & Arafat Accommodation: Provided by MOH/KSA/TAWAFA Company.
Accommodation: Shared rooms in Azizia (4-5 Persons per room for both males and females)
Transport: Not provided for Tawaf e Wida and Tawaf e Ziarat.
Hotel Rooms: Standard Double beds in Makkah and Madinah, Extra beds available for Triples & Quads.
Package Cost: Subject to the current SAR exchange rate at the time of payment.
Company Responsibility: Not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage during travel.
Package Prices Fixed: duration in Makkah and Madinah may vary based on flight arrangements or moon sighting.
Refund Policy: All Hajj packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable& in case of No SHOW or not appearing for the Flight, the Airline tickets will be cancelled & non-refundable
Group Movement: Governed by regulations from relevant authorities in KSA.
Visa Issuance: Not responsible for delays or issues related to the Hajj visa from the Saudi government.
Framework & Regulation: MOH KSA looks after all framework & regulation for the Hajj, including MINA, ARAFAT space, all locations & Meals for 5 days
